Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate, maintain and supervise all distribution center support activities relating to material handling equipment, structural devices, and general quality of life issues that may impact operations.
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance department activities with stated goals of increased efficiency, improved effectiveness, and accountability.
Manage all maintenance related service and supply vendors to ensure accountability of parts and service of all equipment, essential to the distribution center operations.
Enforce established safety policies and procedures in order to minimize team-member injuries.
Operate in accordance with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) standards.
Ensure all maintenance team-members understand and comply with all BJ's expectations, rules, and regulations.
Manage the flow of all inbound recycled material, ie cardboard, plastic and paper, being returned from the selling clubs and all outbound recycled material to the appropriate vendor.
Oversee a reporting system for tracking building and equipment repair and monitor the preventive maintenance programs to minimize expenses and interruptions to distribution center operations.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is starting from $55,000.
