Modern office setting Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere Contours is seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator to grow our online presence and drive sales to our online and in person offerings.
The person in this role will utilize their creativity and marketing background to plan a social media strategy, design unique and engaging content, execute the content across Contours media, and analyze the effectiveness of their work and adjust accordingly.
This part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week (negotiable upon hiring) and requires some in person availability (about 25% of the role) to strategize with the team and capture fresh content of in-person offerings and retail products.
There is opportunity for upward mobility and further independence within this role.
Job
Responsibilities:
Establish goals for metrics and develop a reporting schedule including recommendations for increasing engagement Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns Creatively design an intentional and strategic social media plan for growing the company's engagement and online presence Maintain and improve upon the Contours Medical Aesthetics branding Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming requests and communications on Instagram and Google Identify, analyze issues, patterns and trends in in the medical aesthetics landscape Identify brand partnerships or influencers for expanding our client audience Proactively escalate and communicate issues, opportunities, and insights to the supervisor Establish credibility as a thought leader on new social media tools, best practices and how organizations are using new tools
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for business development.
Experience using social media platforms and social media calendars.
Ability to create effective content, including product photos and videos, promotional content, graphics, etc.
A passion for skincare and content creation! Job Type:
